In collaboration with QUI tequila, Chef Nobu presents NobuTequila. This is the one-of-a-kind tequila "Nobu Rare Reserve". Tequila is made using a blend of harvested agave. Aged in traditional American whiskey barrels and then in steel tanks, the taste is characterized by notes of sweet oak, toasted almonds and maple, with hints of woody, tobacco, caramel and vanilla. This NobuTequila is available at NobuRestaurants in the United States and will be sold exclusively by Matsuhisa Japan .
