Terms of Use

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the Customer and the Shop regarding the use of the Service.

Article 2 (Formation of Sales Contract)

A purchase contract is established when the Customer places an order through the designated method and the Shop sends an order confirmation email indicating acceptance.

The Shop reserves the right to decline or cancel an order without prior notice if any of the following apply:

• The Customer has violated these Terms in the past
• False or incomplete information was provided
• The item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable
• The order appears to be for resale or commercial purposes
• An unusually large quantity is ordered in a short period
• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is suspected

Article 3 (Payment)

The Customer shall pay the purchase price using the payment methods specified in the "Legal Notice (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions)" page.

Article 4 (Shipping and Delivery)

Shipping and delivery shall be carried out in accordance with the conditions specified on the "Legal Notice" page, including delivery schedule and shipping fees.

Article 5 (Returns and Exchanges)

Returns and exchanges shall be handled in accordance with the policies specified in the "Legal Notice" and "Return & Refund Policy" pages.

Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)

Customers must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Acts that violate laws or public order
• Criminal acts or acts connected to criminal activity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Shop's servers or networks
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Impersonation of another person
• Collection or use of personal information of other users
• Infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or reputation
• Sending spam or advertising without consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or analyzing the website's systems
• Excessive or repeated returns or unfounded complaints
• Purchasing for resale or commercial exploitation
• Any act that disadvantages or damages the Shop or third parties
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Shop

Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All content on this website, including text, images, design, trademarks, and logos, is the property of the Shop or its licensors.

Reproduction, modification, or redistribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 8 (Disclaimer of Liability)

The Shop is not responsible for any damage resulting from service suspension or interruption due to natural disasters, communication failures, or system maintenance.

The Shop shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Customer's use or inability to use the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Shop.

The Shop bears no responsibility for disputes between Customers or between a Customer and third parties.

Article 9 (Revisions to the Terms)

The Shop may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice when deemed necessary.

Revised Terms take effect upon publication on this website.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
